We will treat the customer’s network as our own and make sure backs are kept and servers/computers are running efficiently.

We will keep the network free of viruses will also work to eradicate the virus and repair any damage

We will minimize any downtime for needed repairs/upgrades

We will also install remote support software on the customer’s server for express remote support

If any major projects are needed, we can work it into the month allotment of hours or treat it as a separate cost


Onsite Services

We will come to the customer’s place of business when they contact us
